How to Create or Join a Virtual Room in CLOS

Step-by-step guide to creating a CLOS room, picking a role, choosing where photos save, and inviting models, photographers or viewers.

A CLOS room is the live workspace where a photographer, model and any viewers connect to run a virtual photoshoot or remote video shoot. Setting one up takes under a minute.

Create a room

  1. Open CLOS and tap REMOTE SHOOTING.
  2. Pick your role — photographer, model/subject or viewer — and tap Continue.
  3. Choose where the photos will be saved: the model’s camera roll, the in-app CLOS gallery, or CLOS Cloud (PRO plans only).
  4. Tap Create Room to begin the session.

Invite the other participants

Once you’re in the virtual room, share the invite link with everyone joining the session — the model, viewers, anyone you want in the room. They follow the link from any device. Connection usually stabilises within about 10 seconds.

Join an existing room

Anyone joining first needs the CLOS app:

Then:

  1. Open the invite link.
  2. Pick your role.
  3. Tap Continue to enter the room.
