A guide to every section of the CLOS Settings menu — profile, news, support, subscription, extra cloud storage and tutorials.

The Settings menu in the CLOS app is where you manage your profile, subscription, support requests and more. Here’s what each section does.

View Profile

Edit your profile, change your avatar, add work to your portfolio, and add links to your website and Instagram. Profiles are reviewed manually so verification can take a little time. If a profile change is rejected, common reasons are: an empty portfolio, NSFW content, or an inappropriate nickname.

A complete profile also unlocks visibility in Discovery (Beta) so other CLOS users can find you for collaborations.

News

Support

Contact the CLOS Support Team if you run into a technical issue. Describe the problem in as much detail as you can — a log file is automatically attached to your message, which helps us troubleshoot faster.

Subscription

Subscribe to CLOS PRO features or change your current subscription plan. PRO unlocks CLOS Cloud storage, Telephoto / Ultra Wide camera selection, RAW format and Viewer invites. See PRO plans info and Subscription Info.

Extra Cloud

Earn an additional 1 GB of CLOS Cloud storage by completing your profile and sharing a CLOS-tagged photo on social media.
